I don't know which college you're talking about. But, usually, to get admission in an engineering college, you'll have to appear in an entrance examination conducted by the concerned authority. Or, in the cas of TN, admission is based on 12th board marks. And, there are management quota seats too. So, if you make the question clear, someone may be able to help you.

First u need apply for any exMs and after getting scored apply for those institutions where u need to apply for it . The applying procedures varies from exMs to exams and colleges to colleges . If u could mention ur college which u wish to join or the exam u have written i could help u better
