It is very important to speed up your reading which can be done by reading newspaper which you might be doing. If not, start reading THE HINDU. It will improve your english, current affair and also your reading habit.
Don't cut any part, just fix a time of 1 hour where you'll try to read 50% of the newspaper content.
Secondly, when you give your mock don't spend more that 5min in one question. You read the question twice and still if you don't get it proceed to the next question
Thirdly, mock are only for practice they in no way tell what you are going to score. i personally did not get more than 80 in any of my mock but that had no effect in my CLAT exam which I gave in 2014.
