Hey aspirant,
If you want to get the bpt course in a govt college like in kolkata IPGMER, then at first you have to apply for the neet ug exam, then you have to get selected for the counselling for the physiotherapy by your rank in neet ug. Then you can fill your choice of IPGMER online in counselling . Then if you get selected then you have to give the domicile certificate if you are from West Bengal. If you are from outside West Bengal then you have to give a migration certificate. That's how you can apply for bpt course in govt college in kolkata like IPGMER.
