https://www.aiimsexams.org/ is the official website. Only those who have ranks within 4 times the no of seats are published as of now. 

But for individual marks and rank wait for a few days. A link will be opened where you can login and get the rank card.

You can go the website of AIIMS (www.aiimsexams.org), then click on the results tab. Here's a link to the list of candidates eligible for 1st round of counselling:

But this would show the list of those candidates who shall be eligible for 1st roud counselling, right? But how can those candidates check their scores who were not able to make it in the list?
