Admission to the undergraduate programme

Pune University is named after Savitribai Phule. Several affiliated colleges and recognised institutions in the three districts of Pune, Ahmednagar, and Nashik provide undergraduate degrees and programmes. Students can contact specific Colleges and Institutes for information on the courses offered, prices, eligibility criteria, and lodging options, among other things.

Admission to the post-graduate programme

Depending on the specialty of the program/course provided, each Department has its own set of qualifying requirements. For details on the terms of eligibility for various programmes and courses, please refer to the Savitribai Phule Pune University website or the Registrar's office.

The merit obtained in the previous qualifying test is used to determine admission to UG programmes at Pune University.

Admission to Pune University's BA / B.Sc (Biotechnology) programme is based on performance in a university-sponsored admission exam.

Admission to the B.Pharm programme at Pune University is based on the MHT CET score.

The official website of Pune University offers an online application process. The following are the procedures you must take to apply online:

Visit the University's official website.

Go to the Admissions Tab.

Choose a course, such as UG, PG, or PhD. Admissions

Select the chosen department course and specialty from the drop-down menu.

You'll be sent to the login page after that.

Users who are new Others can log in by entering their Username and Password after signing up.

Select ‘New Application' from the drop-down menu.

Fill up the blanks with accurate information.

Please upload a recent picture.

Select ‘Save and Continue' from the drop-down menu.

Using a challan, pay the application fee.

Print the application as well as a copy of the university challan.
