Here are the steps that you have to follow.



Candidates who are seeking admissions to undergraduate as well as postgraduate law programmes in NLUs can follow the step-by-step procedure given below to apply for CLAT 2018.



Go to the official link of CLAT application form 2018



Click on New Registration button.



Enter various details including your name, date of birth, mobile number and e-mail id for getting registered for CLAT 2018.



Check inbox of your registered e-mail account for CLAT user id and password. You may also check your mobile message box as a message mentioning the user id and password will be sent at your registered mobile number as well.



Once a user id and password has been generated, you need to enter the same as the login details for applying for CLAT 2018.



Candidates also have to enter captcha code to begin filling in CLAT application form 2018.



Candidates will need to fill other details in CLAT application form including your basic information, educational qualification and communication address besides choosing test centre and NLUs, and uploading photograph and signature.



Once the application details of CLAT 2018 have been filled, candidates will need to pay application fees.



After remitting the application fee of CLAT, candidates will be required to cross-check all the filled-in information of the application form and make necessary changes by click on Edit/Update option.



If no more changes are required, then you can click on Save and Submit button on CLAT application window to submit the form.



PAYMENT



Candidates are offered only one mode of payment for CLAT application fees. Being an online process, CLAT application fees also need to be paid online using any of the payment facilities Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net Banking/ Mobile Payment App. Candidates may note that the online charge for CLAT fee payment needs also to be borne by them





CLAT 2018 Application fee for General/OBC/Specially abled Persons (SAP) is Rs 4000. And for SC/ST Application fee is Rs 3500.

Birth Certificate or Passport



High School marks-sheet



10+2 Qualifying examination marks sheet



Recent coloured passport sized photograph



Candidates signature



Category Certificate for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC category



Disability Certificate for Physically handicapped candidates



Special Category Certificate of Bihar; Dependent of Freedom Fighter of Bihar and Kashmiri migrant (if applicable)



NRI/NRI sponsored candidate (if applicable)



Domicile certificate under State Quota (if applicable)
