hope you are doing great.  I was also a neet aspirant, so i will explain evrything what i learnt.

First of all 12th grades are more important, so never neglect some fresher makes mistake here.

For preparing neet, the student makes mistake is , they study with lots of books and become confused, so makes sure go through one book whole year.

And practice daily  atleast 500 question or more.

if we talk about subject , for biology ncert is enough

but for physics and chemistry you can prepare theory ,conceptual part from higher books, you can find easily.
