IIT Delhi doesn't offer B. Sc course. Some courses offered by IIT Delhi are

B.E./B. Tech
M.E./ M. Tech
M. Sc
MBA/ PGDM
Ph.D

Eligible criteria for B.Sc

50-60% in 12th
Core subject in science stream Physic, chemistry, Mathematics, Biology
