What Subham said is absolutely correct and I just want to add few points to that.
* basically, they both are like different ones.
* And one is like full of theoretical and more of problems and JEE is like vice versa
* what I want to say is concentrate on 12th, if the time is so less and now it's like having more time.
From 11&12 gather some topics which are in common and try to ask some questions to your professors too. This will take so much time to understand every concept but start like you don't have any option.
After completing 12, you'll get at least 30 days holidays and in the mean while you can practise previous model papers according to there weightage and also try some new mock tests too. 12 will be taken care of your lecturers only.. Because they'll guide you.. In that if you ask them or not. But keep in mind that marks in inter won't get you any thing but JEE can change your career.

All the best.
If you are keeping the aim of both the 12th exam and the JEE mains exam then you should have to properly schedule your studies.
Because managing both the things is not easy at a time. So after completing the NCERT you have to focus upon the previous year questions from the Arihant for both the boards and the JEE mains there are separate books available for both.
And yes keep your notes and D in the time of your boards exam because in the time of boards your notes will come very handy at that time it would help you to having a quick revision and it would not waste your time also and you can also prepare meanwhile for the JEE Mains
