It is very good that you think of starting preparation for JEE from class9. For this exam preparation, you must know all the concepts of science and maths that are taught in class9 and 10. Going at advanced level wouldn't be preferable at this stage. After this , you can refer RD Sharma for maths of class10 while in class9 and prefer to read HC Verma of class11 along with this you can refer arihant books of class10( foundation for JEE preparation). After going to all this, when you get into class10, try to work more on your class11 syllabus,try to solve numerical. And same you can do in class11 and class12 where you can go thoroughly through class12 syllabus. Two month before start revising class 11 syllabus. You can also attend mock test in class11 and class12 on weekends.
