As you said you are in intermediate first year, give first priority to your 11th and 12th and then go for JEE main preparation.

Prepare for both of them, Intermediate as well as for JEE main but spend less time for JEE and more time for intermediate.

Here are few tips for preparation:
  • Do no go for late night studies if you are tired or have no habit of studying late night
  • make a note of all important points while studying
  • Study each subject only for 45 to 60 minutes.
  • do not buttify, make a perfect preparation.
