Hii.. The application form of WBJEE 2019 will be available only in online mode. So you can't do that in offline mode.

West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board will be releasing WBJEE 2019 application form in online mode on December 26, 2018. Candidates need to check the eligibility criteria as prescribed by the board first and if they fulfil it only then, they should proceed to fill the application form of WBJEE 2019. This is because the board clearly says that any application not in accordance with the conditions specified will be rejected. To fill WBJEE application form 2019, candidates will have to register and then fill up the details required like personal, academic and communication. Candidates will also have to upload their photograph and signature after filling all the details and last but not the least, they will have to pay the application fees of Rs 500 as without it, the application form of WBJEE 2019 will not be considered. The final date to fill the WBJEE application form 2019 is January 22. Candidates must not forget to download WBJEE confirmation page after fee payment.
