Candidates belonging to particular domicile can apply for the state quota seats in their respective domicile. They need to have the domicile certificate for applying for state quota seats.
Now regarding your question for applying to other state quota colleges without domicile -
- Candidates can apply for private colleges in other states for private and management seats.
- Also the percentage of state quota seats falling under All India Quota Counselling, candidates can apply here with non domicile.
- Candidates can also apply for deemed universities by deemed university counselling, state quota is not required.
