The student will have to fulfill minimum requirement of 75% attendance as per. theUniversity rules. However, 15% relaxation in attendance will be given by the. Vice-Chancellor on the recommendation of the Head of Department under

So I think 15% can be extended to 25% but rest you have to cover.
