How is b tech food technology course at Shivaji university kolhapur ?

Of course the course is too good...and present featuring stream too....you can wholeheartedly go into the course at shivaji university,,

The department of Food and science and Technology was established in june 2007 in the university as self supporting department.  Its primary objective was to produce competent food scientists and technologists who can take leading roles in improving the socio-economic status of regional people.  The department is also intended to provide technical support to farmers and enterprenuers to establish small scale industries.  Food science and technology is a multidisciplinary sourse which includes subjects on processing perservation, chemistry, quality, safety and marketing aspects of food and food products.  The department has framed the curriculum in such a manner that by the time the student completes this degreeprogram, the entrepreneur skill is already developed and they are fit to work in reserach, teaching and industry.

since while we look in all aspects this stream was bunched with skills and apt to your interest...hence it can be declared to take it as the career option!!!

Btech Food Technology is a great course at Shivaji University Kohlapur.

But the only drawback with it is that you don't have much scope in India for food technology.

So yes you can for sure opt for the course and complete your higher studies from foreign. Hope this helps. Please upvote.
