How is better to join integrated management progr.in IIM Rohtak than b.tech in IITs
I think you got yourself in a pickle there right? Haha. Don't worry let me just sort it out a bit for you.
See, normally comparisons between two or more things can be made when those things actually are relevant at the fundamental level. Like we can compare two or more airplanes with each other but comparing a boat to an airplane isn't really gonna yield you the correct answer.
Similarly, comparing a Management course (MBA/IPM), which is all about business operations and people management, to Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech in Engineering), which is all about the technical criticalities.
An IPM course is a five year long program which is generally opted by students after 10th standard by clearing IPMAT which is designed by IIM Indore.
You can find more details about the exam here, https://bschool.careers360.com/exams/ipmat
You can get the detailed information about IPM course here: https://www.iimidr.ac.in/academic-programmes/five-year-integrated-programme-in-management-ipm/
On the other hand, B.Tech is a course all about technical branches, ranging from Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical to Production and Metallurgy.

From the point of view of placements and salary package, both the streams might yield you similar salaries, their is always exceptions in the larger packages that we here about in the news.
So the last point that remains and the most vital one, What is your interest. Is it Management or Technicality?
Both streams are different and cannot be compared head on. So do have look and try to figure out what you would like doing.
All the best!
