UPES closed the placement season for the 2021 graduating batch with 3000 plus offers. A total of 800 students received more than one job offer. Overall, the placements stood at 94 % for all the schools. School of Computer Science and School of Engineering had 100 % placements. The university hosted 649 companies on campus in comparison to 561 last year in 2020.

This year industry giants like Accenture, Adani Power, Amazon, Deloitte, DTDC, TCS, Cognizant, SpiceJet, Infosys, Flipkart, Wipro, Byju’s and Vedantu, have already recruited students from UPES. The university assists students during the placement season and picks up competencies throughout the course of their academic journey. The pre-final-year students get industry exposure through internships on live projects under the guidance of industry mentors in online mode.
