Hello Aspirant,
Vellore Institute of Technology offers a wide range of courses in different streams at the undergraduate level and post-graduate. A wide range of subjects is offered including science, humanities, technology, and commerce which cover the fields of biology, biotechnology, electronics and computer technology, statistics, etc. For students in the field of biology, the different courses offered by the university are as follows:
- BTech in Biotechnology: This is a 4-year undergraduate program with an approximate overall fee of 8 lakhs. The cut-off rank for this course is below 20000 ranks in the VITEE entrance examination.
- BTech in Bioinformatics: This is also a 4-year undergraduate program with an approximate overall fee of 7.84 lakhs. The cut-off rank for this course is below 13500 ranks in the VITEE entrance examination.
