How is cbse students cut-off decided and for biotechnology courses do they consider biology marks or only MPC marks alone.

cbse cut off decide on th least and maximum marks scored by the students and offcource they will include biology as well in your subjects. as the cource you are doing is based on bio. so this will be considered. all the best have a great future ahead.
