Hello aspirant,
Hindustan University is a good option for CSE branch. This University provides a good opportunity to improve your skills and gain exposure by participating in various non-technical and technical events. It is an AICTE approved University. It is also a NAAC 'A' graded university
The faculty is also really supportive.
Placements of this University are also good. According to statistics offered by official site 79 percent campus placements have been attained in 2018-2019.
Moreover the University also offers student exchange program where students can travel across the globe and study new technologies.
To improve the coding skills of the students the department has MoU with Codechef which provides an online competitive coding platform. The students of the B.Tech CSE programme are also members of professional bodies such as ACM,IEEE(CS), IET and CSI.

Now coming to Jain University, it is also a good University
You can go through some of the reviews of the college students to get a better insight of the college

It is also a NAAC 'A' graded and AICTE approved college.
The fees of Jain University is higher than Hindustan University.
Jain University has a placement record of 98.5 percent in 2018-2019,which is higher than Hindustan University.
Both Universities are good but vary in certain parameters. You need to decide the University depending on what criteria is more important to you and which is less important, which can be either placements, fees or location of University etc.
Hope you find this helpful.
All the Best!
