Hey,
Faculty is one of the best among NITs over this college.
Placements are going on a good rate, and most of the companies that come for recruitment are IT based companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, L&T, Mu Sigma, Polaris, etc and from the core Magneti Marelli (ECE), Maruti (ME) are the ones that came recently. For IT CS EEE departments average package went for like 4.8 lakes.
NIT Srinagar boasts of pretty good infrastructure; decent hostels and very well equipped labs. Within the extremely beautiful and calm panoramic view of the Himalayan mountains and the cool Dal Lake, the college is situated in the summer capital of J&K i.e. Srinagar.
