Studying abroad is good, it only depends on what college you are going for.

But in my opinion engineering undergraduate course is best at Indian IITS, BITS, NITS, and IIITS, etc after that if you want to higher studies then you can go for Stanford, Cambridge etc.

Russia has some good colleges but not good as compared  to the above college.
