Anytime jaipur engineering college and research centre will be better option for pursuing engineering. 

But jaipur engineering college is also good but not as much as JECRC. 

In terms of placement JCERC is far better than jaipur engineering college but in terms of academics an location jaipur engineering college will be better option.
