Hi,
It is positioned at No. 22
nd in the List of top government law colleges in India . It is a good option for BA LLB programme. There are, according to Prospectus 2018-19, total 100 seats (50 in BA LLB + 50 in BA LLB Self-financed). JMI has been declared a Minority Educational Institution under Article30(1) of the Constitution of India As a consequence there of, the University shall provide for the following reservations:

1. 30% of the total number of seats in each Program shall be earmarked for Muslim applicants.

2. 10% of the total number of seats in each Program shall be earmarked for Women applicants who are Muslims.

3. 10% of the total number of seats in each Program shall be earmarked for “Other Backward Classes” (OBCs) and Scheduled Tribes who are Muslims, as per the list notified by the Central Government.

4. 5% seats in all Programs are reserved for persons with disabilities
5. Another 5% seats in all Undergraduate Degree/Diploma/Certificate Programs shall be filled by internal students of Jamia who have passed their qualifying examination (X or XII) from Jamia Schools as regular students.

I hope it helps!

Hii tripathi

The school is great on the off chance that you are great. The University won't give you much open doors like National Law Universities so it is exhorted that you dont wind up being there with such desires. Nonetheless, in actuality graduated class of the University have wound up doing extraordinary in there life and that is exclusively in light of the fact that the University doesn't loads you with necessary entry level positions and other co-curricular. With the goal that give you time for your own improvement.

Hope this helps
