Jamia has secured the rank of 12th in the NIRF rankings and has outstood the University of Delhi . Jamia is like anyother university and has strict rules regarding ragging in the campus or anywhere. All the students be it hindu/muslim/sikh/christian/black/white/caste differences are treated equally and there is no ragging of any sort . Jamia is a secular university every festival is celebrated with equal enthusiasm be it EID/DIWALI/CHRISTMAS
