How is kolkata IISWBM for MBA specialization production and operation management ? How is the placement record in this specialization??

It is quite difficult to tell only about one specialisation. However I am mentioning below the overall details of MBA:
- The MBA faculty has enormous experience in their respective field of teaching and are supportive and cooperative to the students.
- The institute also invites industry experts to its workshops for training MBA students
- The placement percentage is quite good which is around 95% in the recent year.
- Tata Steel, Cognizant, and Godrej are the major recruiters of this Institute
- Indian Institute of Social welfare and business management of Kolkata has a great placement exposure for the students. The average salary package which is offered to the MBA student is 3.5 lacs per annum. The highest salary package which has yet been offered in the MBA field is 16 lakh per annum.

Sir one more thing to ask
I complete BCA from wbut in 2013.After that worked as purchase executive in a manufacturing industry in 2015-2020. Now want to do MBA regular. Is it right choice to do MBA after so many year gap?? Which specialization will good for me ?? Please guide.
