Hi,
After an MBA from an average Bschool, one can expect a salary of 5-7Lakhs. Depending on your specialisation, you may have to work long hours. Most startups have flexi timings but a demanding work schedule. some other branded companies will offer good benefits and package. In any case, everyone has to work their way to the top. Finding a good platform can be an issue if placements arent good on campus but with the right attitude and hard work, you can find your footing
