Campus of 600+ acres - That’s really not an interest to a student. What’ll she/he be doing of such a vast area. You’ll only be having a particular block for you academics.

Eight hostels for boys and Six for girls - You’re gonna need a place to stay so hopefully there’s more than enough space to accommodate you. That’s a plus point.

Security measures for girls - If you’re a girl and decide to reside in hostel. Then you’ll have to mark you attendance daily in hostel to the floor warden and be in hostel within the entry timings. 6:00-6:30 is winters timing and in summers upto 07:30 probably. So if you don’t enter into hostel till that time. You are gonna have to face the warden for explanation and may be a call to your parents. That’s a bit harsh. While girls may not like this but I’m sure their parents would surely do. But if you wanna live freely. There are plenty of PG’s near University. Now decide what’s best for you. But you’ll be super safe inside the hostels than in PG’s that’s for sure. You can go to library from 08:00 PM to 12:00 AM. But will be accompanied with a guard from you hostel to library.
More than 200 courses offered ranging from Diploma to PG - You are probably going to find the best course for you among these. That’s for sure. Another plus point.
Mandatory 75% aggregate attendance - You’ll need to maintain a baseline of 75% aggregate attendance in order to be eligible to give exams. That’s harsh and they won’t accept any medical leaves or anything. Literally nothing they are gonna accept from you. If you fall below 75% you are not gonna be eligible for final exams until you possess good percentage in the last term. In that case they’ll provide you with some grace. That’s a good point. Also they have marks criteria for attendance. As your attendance increase or decrease, you’ll have marks ranging from 2-5. That’s for you to decide whether it’s a plus point for you or not.
Placement - Yes. Students do get placed from the University and a lot of drives are conducted from various companies. No doubt most of the drives are CSE/IT based. Companies with decent packages come in. You’ll have to compete with everyone to grab the opportunity but it’ll be worth it.
Tons of events - May it be Cultural, Sports or Academic. There are numerous events held in the University campus itself. If you like to dance/sing/act then you’ll have numerous cultural events, You get a handful of opportunities if you are sports guy. Let it be football, cricket, basketball anything. You’ll get many-many tournaments in every case. If you’re a computer geek, you like coding and all that technological stuff. You are gonna have a great great ride.
Always choose the institute that along with good education provides you a platform to improve your ideas and provide an stage to bring your innovative ideas into practice. as far as these colleges are concern, both are good but i would prefer Lovely Professional University.
