MD medicine at AFMC is not that bad and what you are thinking about lesson number of patients I would say that many private medical colleges are those offer in DNB have even lesson number of patients in case you really want to join the army services all are willing to avail the training at APMC you should not back out just because it has lesson number of patients is compared to some other government colleges because many of them do not maintained the apt quality and standard of treatment due ti the access overload of patients and thus it would do you go to get training at a place where they follow proper protocols with the comparatively Crisp number of patients expecting better patient care
