Yes, you are eligible for MS in the USA. However, you will have to take exams such as GRE and English proficiency exams such as TOEFL/ IELTS. You will also have to get recommendation letters and write a statement of purpose. You are also advised to visit the respective college's (in which you are planning to apply to) website to see the admission procedure for International students and to determine your eligibility.
