How is Mtech admission for non Gate is carried out, especially in kerala? Is there a specified quota reserved for Non gate applicants? I think Non-gate candidates are given oppurtunity only if gate applicants are over, but how come that happens? Is high Gpa applicant prefered over lower Gate score?

hi,
see the directorate of technical education kerala takes admission to m.tech course based on gate score. if seats are remain vacant then non gate students may apply and selection would be based on b.tech or engineering graduation course wise.
now see there is many exams held in India apart from gate to get admission in m.tech courses. some of the exam you may try for beside gate is,

Gujarat PGCET
