I might disappoint you this is a truth that placements in M.tech Environmental Engineering is awful.These are some best colleges listed below.

Delhi Technological University New Delhi
Now, you must have noticed that these are some big brand college and arguably the best colleges but even threw also cant get you any placement.
Basically Environmental Engineering is a research based field and students either go for P.hd or opt for government service exams after completing the degree.If you want to do job after M.Tech then i would suggest you not to choose the field.
