Hello,
National Defence Academy has a written test as first round of screening. This test has 2 papers, namely, Maths and GAT. You have to clear cutoff for both papers separately. If you are preparing for JEE Main or even for Boards seriously, then this is really easy. All you need to do is to practice previous papers with timer as the question models are always same and slight numerical change is observed.
Like I said, it needs practice with timer and nothing else.
There is no separate physical test for NDA. The physical endurance of the candidate is tested during the GTO tasks that are generally conducted on the 2nd and 3rd day of SSB. By seeing your performance, the GTO will be able to judge your physical standard. Also, some inference is drawn by IO during the Personal Interview by viewing your certificates and by interacting with you about your experiences. They don't expect you to be highly muscular. All they need is a candidate with good endurance and atleast good strength and flexibility.
Hope this helps.

Thanks.
