• PLACEMENT:-The placement scenario of the college is moderately average. The average package of my department is around Rs. 3 lacks. Placement cell of our college work very hard for improving this scene. However, there are good companies like Ernst and young who also visits. More than half of the students who sit for the placements get the job. Thus, it is moderately average.
• PROXIMITY:-College Managing Society and is situated at one of the most prime and easily accessible locations in Nehru Nagar (Opposite Srinivaspuri) on Ring Road with a sprawling campus. It can be reached easily not only from all corners of Delhi but also from the neighboring towns of Faridabad, Ghaziabad and Noida. Lajpat Nagar and Moolchand metro stations are close to the college. There are a lot of good cafes located near the college.
• SPORTS:-The college is well-known for nurturing sports talent. The sportspersons have been consistently bringing laurels not only to the institution but also for our country. The college has nurtured various sportspersons in the field of athletics, cricket and many other fields who have done the college and the nation proud. In order to increase the number of sports people the college institution arranges for a number of prizes and certificates too.
• SOCIETIES:-Culture is an integral part of education. Along with academics and sports, cultural activities form an essential part for the overall development of a personality. • CANTEEN :-The canteen of the college is very good. The demand of food is always high there due to its low prices and excellent quality. However, as compared to the restaurants and cafes the quality of the food of the canteen will always lack. The canteen is very hygienic and clean which makes the students satisfied.
• FESTS :-The fest of PGDAV are always very rocking and attracts the attention of thousands of students. There are different stalls with games, having huge prizes, there are performances of huge stars and DJs. This year the annual fest AAGHAZ was also one of the biggest hits. In which the Agastya band performed and Raftaar too. Alot of students come from different colleges to attend the annual fest of the college, which leads to the problem of over crowding.
• INFRASTRUCTURE :-The infrastructure of the college resembles the other colleges of DU. It includes clean classrooms, air conditioned library and a good canteen. The size of the college is huge, however, the infrastructure has a great scope of improvement.

P.g.d.a.v college is a very good college to persue hons. It has good faculty as well as facilitiy which have great infrastructure and have very good acedemics . Wishing you luck
