When we press the button, the machines be will start it means there is coding in the machine for that button.

As an ECE engineer can make devices that run on circuits and ICs but to interact with those devices, to give orders to perform a specific action we need the language of programming. Programming is a language from which the ECE engineer communicates with a machine or device.
