Hello,
Residency years of all the courses are heavy. You have a heavy duty hours. You have to do your work perfect. You have to forgot sleep and just complete your work on time. As you move on to your second and third year, there is pressure of thesis, exams ,case presentations etc. But during all this you learn more about the patients as there is no option for hardwork. It'll be difficult firstly but you'll get used to it.
