If you want to know whether the college is good or not just compare the ROI i.e the average placement of this college which is 5 lakhs, with the investment i.e the fees of this college. This is the best way to find out how good a college is. Looking at the scenario I think it's a average college. So it depends upon you that what kind of investment you are willing to do.
