Satyabhama university is decent university with good faculties and departments in all domains. The engineering and medical program is very famous and popular among students who opt for private colleges but it's okay with decent placements offered as well. But when compared to SRM University and other private colleges, satyabhama isn't that good. And other universities are better than this and have better placements and return of investment.
