how is shashi Bhushan tiwari for physics? i am following it only ....... is that right decision ?

This book is good, but in what perspect you are using it.
The level of book is very as for jee mains and advance, so please follow H.C.Verma for mains and advance purpose.
This book is one of the best books if you wish to prepare for olympiads. You do not need this level of difficult questions to score good in JEE-A. For JEE ADV, go with the other usually recommended books but don't compare them with this one. HC Verma and DC Pandey target one kind of students, and this one by Shashi Bhushan Tiwari targets another group of students. You might also wanna solve the questions in this book if you have a very very strong hold over concepts and are comfortable in formulating the mathematical expressions required to solve a question.
