Both colleges are the strongest competitors to each other, obviously, oriental Bhopal is an old one as compared to the SIRT(Sagar institute of research and technology). Oriental gives better placement, huge number of companies come for campus placement than SIRT. Oriental has great campus, beautiful infrastructure as many bollywood movies have been shot there. While SIRT didn't have even play grounds and the open space is now surrounded by Sagar group colonies. You can see huge number of programmes and quality tech-fest are being organised in oriental.

SIRT if number one in the platform of social media: thousands of placements news daily hundreds of images being uploaded etc and faculties are promoting sagar group construction in social media instead of improving quality of education. At the end most of the private colleges of Bhopal are equal. All they get either TCS or Infosys for their first day placement with not more than 3.5 lac package.

SIRT is one of the reputed  private institutions of Bhopal established in the year 2003. According to careers360 ranking it is considered as above Average college. It provides good infrastructure and campus life. The median placement package is 2.74 Lakh.



while oriental college was also established in the year 2002 which is also a private institute in Bhopal. The infrastructure is average. Hostel facilities only for 1st and 4th year students and the placement is below average.
