Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology is good in terms of placements, academics and infrastructure. It ranks among top 30 engineering colleges in India and is better than NIT Jalandhar.
But the college is expensive compared to other colcolleges and universities. The academic fees are around 1.5 lakes per semester.
