NEET UG Eligibility Criterion with respect to marks
For General/Unreserved Candidates
50 percent aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology (Pass mark in each subject but should be 50 percent or above in total)
For OBC/SC/ST
40 percent aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology (Pass mark in each subject but should be 40 percent or above in total)
For PWD
45 percent aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology (Pass mark in each subject but should be 45 percent or above in total)
Your rank in NEET depends ONLY on the NEET marks you will secure.

NEET ranking is based on the scores you have scored in NEET entrance exam.
Class 12th board examinations marks are considered only for qualifying basis for appearing in NEET entrance examination.
The minimum PCB percentage (PCB) required to be eligible for NEET entrance examination is as follows:
General- 50%, OBC /SC/ST - 40%, PWD - 45% (minimum aggregate marks only for PCB subjects)
