Let me tell that Jadavpur University is well known for providing good facilities, placements, etc for their students. The placement of chemical engineering department is outstanding. Around 75%+ students were placed in previous years.There are a number of companies which visit the college for recruiting students.

Pretty good I'd say.
With recruiters ranging from Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, Tata Motors, Reliance Industries, Mu Sigma, M N Dastur, etc. to corporate giants like Honeywell, Price Waterhouse Coopers, Deloitte, Technip, Exide, Oracle, and Honda.
