How is the cut off of the pullb exam just like du llb Or less than that Or is there any scope to get admission based on graduation percent?

Hey Advita.
Admission in PU for an LLB course is through an entrance exam- PU LLb. You cannot get admission there based only on your graduation percentage. There are around 2600 seats under DU LLB and there are around 480 seats under PU LLB hence the cut off is very different.
