PROCEDURE OF KEAM RANK LIST PREPARATION

• The rank list of KEAM 2019 will be prepared by giving equal weightage to scores secured in KEAM 2019 and aggregate scores in 12th standard examination.
• For the preparation of the rank list the candidates will be required to submit their 12th standard marks in online mode.
• The aggregate marks obtained in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics will have to be submitted tentatively by the second week of June 2019.
• The person who will fail to submit the marks will not be considered for the preparation of the rank list.

In case two or more candidates score the same marks then the following method will be used for breaking tie.

• The candidates with higher marks in Mathematics in KEAM 2019 will be placed higher.

• It tie still exists, the candidates who get higher in Physics will be given preference

• The candidates with higher standardized marks in Mathematics of the 12th standard will be given a higher ranking in case tie is still not broken in the first two steps

• It tie still exists, the candidates with higher standardized marks in Mathematics of the 12th standard will be given a higher ranking.

• Higher standardized marks in Physics during 12th standard examinations will be given higher rank.

• Those candidates who are older in age will be ranked higher than the candidates who are younger in age if the tie is still not broken.
