Hello there

It's not same for everyone and it can be stressfree Or relax depends on person to person.

It's a stress-free and relaxed job just because of its security as it is a government job and also mandatory duty hours doesn't exceeds more than 20 hours per week and the salaries are comparable to the group A services coming in the central government. Teaching in IIT are job of honour and the IITs are relatively pollution-free that makes the experience very great.

It may be busy and stressful also just because of the research work which is there during the profession which are time consuming and also it have some risk. Sometimes the professors are accountable for the career of students who research with them and work under them so guiding and teaching with greater responsibility causes stress.

I hope it helps you!

Thank you!
