My two cents
You might think that UM&G is a course for the future, but by all means, the future is now! Our metros have gone crazy. Mumbai and Delhi are virtually crumbling under the pressure of their own weights. Expertise in this field will give your resume the edge that is missing from most other run of the mill MBA degrees. What you need to understand here is that companies are being flooded with resumes that are exactly the same. An advanced degree in such a niche field will differentiate you from the herd. Sure, this is still a sunrise sector, but before you know it, the demand for talent in this field will skyrocket. I leave the choice of career to the readers wisdom.

Urban Management and Governance (UMG) graduates have various roles in both the private and public sector. It is new stream established in 2016 of the institute & The first batch of UMG will be passing out in 2018 so it can not be said exactly for the placement now.
As per the eligibility you require three-year Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in any discipline with at least 55% marks in aggregate from a recognized University.
