The placement scenario of Galgotias University is pretty good. The average package of Galgotias University is around 6.2 Lacs and the max package went up to 15 Lacs. Companies like Genpact, NTPC, Vodafone, NIIT, HCL, Airtel, Huawei, etc. So going to this college is actually a good option.

Hi! Galgotia university is a well known prestigious college and offer fair placements for btech students. This year the percentage of students placed in b.tech were 82.59% where 2.2% students went for entrepreneurship and family buisness and other 26 student went for higher studies. The average CTC wasa 3.35 LPA and the Highest package was 10 LPA. They also provide good internship oppurtunities for btech students mostly in Wipro, Infosys, TCS, L&T, Microsoft. This is a college where you will find a whole crowd running after CS/IT branches because joining these branches other than CS/IT in this college is  not worth.

But if you are considering CS branch in "Galgotia" then it will be good for you since you can have placement offers at the end of your 3rd year.Companies like wipro,cognizant,infosys come here for placements and takes a bulk of students with itself offering somewhat 3-4 lakh per annum and sometimes the highest salary package goes around 6-8 lakh per annum.

So if you are not getting any better college than Galgotia then only join these type of colleges.

My answer shall be somewhat negative because i don't want students to regret at the end and be satisfied with what they have got.

So according to your query,

Average package was 3.5 LPA and highest went till 10 LPA something.(Overcrowded campus with below average placements)

Placements in galgotia university for cse branch:

Placements for this year batch were quite great. A number of renowned companies visited the campus. Students were enthusiastic to give their best in placements. Approximately, 60% to 70% of the students got placed. The average package offered was around 3 LPA to 4 lacs per annum, and the highest being nearly 10 lacs per annum. You need to prove your mettle to grab that one opportunity.
