School of Excellence in Law (SOEL) was established in year 2002. It is affiliated to Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University, Chennai.The college offers four integrated law programs which are BA-LLB, BBA-LLB, B.Com-LLB and BCA-LLB and a regular LL.B. program.
The basic eligibility criteria for the integrated program is a pass in HSC/10+2 level examination with 70% aggregate marks.
Candidates with any Bachelors degree may apply for the LL.B. Honours program, provided they have secured at least 60% marks in the last qualifying exam.Selection of candidates is done on the basis of merit, i.e. marks secured in the last qualifying exam.

It is one of the eminent law schools in India. After qualifying the law from this institutions, the student are well placed and got established in life.
