Hello,

As you have not mentioned the university , I am writing about one of the popular entrance by Jamia Milia University.

B.A. (Hons.) (History) 2021 Jamia Millia Islamia Entrance Exam or JMI Entrance Exam B.A. (Hons.) (History) 2021 . The entrance test for the B.A. (Hons.) programme will be held in 2021. (History). Jamia Millia Islamia University holds the JMI Entrance Exam B.A. (Hons.) (History) 2021. The test is conducted in a written format. The exam will take 90 minutes to complete.

You can visit the official site for getting the syllabus

Syllabi: current events and general knowledge (pay special attention to the history syllabi for classes 9–12th ncert), as the majority of questions on the gk segment are skewed against history.

The distribution can be like

  • Indian History = 50%
  • World History = 10%
  • Current Affairs = 10%
  • General Knowledge = 10%
  • General Sciences = 10%
  • Social Science = 10% (other than history)

Hope it helped
